SOS Medlink works in partnership with your primary care physician. After each visit, we will provide you with a complete medical report and diagnosis for a follow up visit or phone call with your primary care physician. In addition, the same information will be faxed to your physician's office for your medical file.

If upon examination it is determined by the attending physician that the patient requires immediate hospitalization, the doctor will call your local Paramedic service and remain with the patient until properly transferred to the nearest hospital.
